One of our parents reported that on Saturday evening at around 6:20 p.m. she was involved in a safeguarding incident. It happened at the off license on Moss Lane in Litherland L21. She noticed a man and a woman behind her and her two boys. The woman stood closely behind one of the boys whilst the man had hold of her three year old child’s arm. She ran from the shop and has informed the police. The man was under 30 and wearing a waterproof coat.
