Monday 6th July saw eight Year 12 students delivering their Head Girl/Head Boy speeches to the rest of Sixth Form. They all did remarkably well and we are pleased to announce that Jordan Green and Faith Cliff were the successful candidates.
“I am still in shock. I've always liked the idea of being Head Girl, but I never thought it would actually happen. Knowing that my peers and teachers have enough faith in me to elect me into such a prestigious position is mind blowing. Thank you to everyone who voted for me. I'm extremely excited to be an ambassador for Christ the King and look forward to making changes around Sixth Form that will hopefully benefit us all."
Faith Cliff, Head Girl
“The Hustings was a terrific experience. I was ecstatic when I was informed that I was to be delivering a speech to the Sixth Form and staff. It was easy on paper to put myself forward, however, coming up with the verbal and physical language in order to portray my stature and qualities for the position of Head Boy was the difficult part. After all was said and done, it was my great pleasure to speak to my peers and put on a humorous yet informative presentation which won me the role. It is my great pleasure to be working with Faith and the good people of the Sixth Form Leadership Team in the upcoming year, whereby we will maintain the good name of CTK and possibly make it an even better place to learn and achieve through the ideas we have."

We look forward to a busy, but enjoyable, year ahead.
