Safeguarding Incident

We have been advised that one of our sixth form students was approached by a man at around 2.40 pm on Thursday 25 June on Eastbank Street, Southport. He was in a white car (possibly a BMW) and pulled up next to her. He asked her for her name and what she was doing, and then told her to get in the car. When she refused, he repeated more aggressively to get in the car.
The man was in his late 20s/early 30s, had brown curly hair, wore aviator sunglasses and had a tanned skin tone.
The police have been informed. Please remind your children of such dangers.
