The aims of the Music Department at Christ the King school are to make music enjoyable, creative and aesthetic and to develop the social, cultural and moral awareness in all pupils. A rich variety of musical experiences is provided which combine the three principal areas of performing, composing and listening.



Our music technology suite is complete with PCs, midi keyboards and music technology software which is used to enable pupils to make progress whilst the second music room is equipped with free standing keyboards and computers. Both music teaching rooms have interactive white boards.
